** OLD OR YOUNG - THIS BUNGALOW FITS ALL **

If 'you are looking' for an opportunity to buy a stunning detached bungalow, with three bedrooms, that's been tastefully extended and finished to a really high standard, then you've got to check this gem out.

If stairs are a problem, or you're just fed up of climbing them, you want to be on one easy level, and you're looking to just move straight in with nothing more to do than unpack, then give us a call today.

Bungalows seem to come with a premium now-a-days, because Builders don't really want to build bungalow anymore as they are not as profitable as traditional houses. However, The Nook, well this is as good as a new build, as all the hard work has been completed, and to a high standard, it's just waiting for you to put your own stamp on it....and at a price you can easily afford for this area.

Located on Chelford Road that runs directly into Macclesfield, this Bungalow is very well located and within an easy walk of Town. If you prefer to drive, there is ample parking out front, able to talk all types of vehicles.

Walking up to the modern stylish front door, we open it and step into a very spacious porch. In here, it's capable of taking any number of shoes and coats and is kept nice and light thanks to the floor to ceiling frosted slit windows, as well as inset spot lights. A modern solid wooden door opens to reveal the lounge.

This is a generously sized room, capable of taking any kind of the latest L-shaped sofa, or separate furniture, as well as other free-standing items. Currently a wall mounted bracket is there to support one of those fashionably oversized flat screen TV's that seem so popular today. Natural light is supplied by two windows, one looking out over the side aspect, the other sits in a large bay window that also accentuates the space available. Quality wood effect flooring continues in here from the porch and runs throughout the whole home.

Another fabulous wooden door opens to reveal a long hallway with similar doors opening to all of the further accommodation.

The first door that we come to on the left opens to the main bedroom. As you would expect from the title, this is a large double bedroom capable of taking a good sized bed as well as bed side cabinets. One wall is taken up of wardrobes, which should cater for a large amount of clothes that any normal people may have. Light shines in courtesy of the large bay window, that also offers another degree of useful space.

A further door in this room reveals the ever useful en-suite shower room. The floor and walls are covered with elegant tiles, keeping maintenance at a low level. There's a vanity wash hand basin with useful storage, a large walk in shower with floor to ceiling glass screen, a rainforest shower head, as well as a hand held shower attachment, you know for those harder to reach places, and last but by no means least, the obligatory toilet. There's a very trendy 'old school' style radiator with chrome piping to keep your towels nice and toasty. This is an en-suite that most home owners can only dream of as a family bathroom!!

Next along the corridor, we come to the second bedroom, which again is a generously sized double room. Family or guests can stay here comfortably as you can easily fit another double bed in and still leave ample space for an array of free standing furniture, as well as a wall capable of taking a large set of wardrobes. A window looks out over the side aspect and provides plenty of light.

Opposite bedroom two is bedroom three. Typically, it's not as large as the others, but it is by no means small. You can, as the present owner has, fit a double bed in here, however, it does compromise the amount of other furniture that you can fit in. If you don't need a third bedroom, you can always put a sofa bed in, and then it would double up as an ideal office or games room. Light levels are kept high thanks to the side face window.

The next door in the hallway opens to the very useful utility room. Here, we have a work surface with a range of very handy storage cupboards which are located beneath and above. There's a sink with a chrome mixer tap and plumbing for a washing machine and tumbldryerer. The other door in here, with its rainbow glass panel, leads to the side aspect of the home.

Back into the hallway, we now head to the hub of the home. As we step through the wooden door with a large glass panel, we enter a small part hall, (will make sense when you see it), with a snazzy modern grey radiator affixed vertically on the wall. A door immediately on our left opens to the family bathroom.

As you'd expect, this has the latest bathroom ware. There's a modern P-Shaped bath with a glass shower protective screen, a large rainforest shower head and a hand-held one too. There's a plethora of storage cupboards attached to the vanity sink, not to forget the most useful accessory, the toilet. Like the en-suite, there's another snazzy old school style radiator with chrome surround, to keep you and your towels nice and toasty. A Velux window in the ceiling lets plenty of light in and also keeps prying eyes out....not that it's that kind of area. Beautifully tiled throughout, this bathroom looks like it's just come from the pages of some fancy glossy magazine.

Now we enter the main hub, the space that you'll probably never want to leave, apart from at bedtime. This is the part of the home that has the WOW factor......welcome to the kitchen / dining / family room.

The first section on the left as you walk in, is currently given over to the sitting area. Here there's room for yet another fashionable L-shaped sofa or independent pieces, depending on what DFS have on-sale this week!! An additional wall mounted bracket allows a huge flat screen to be mounted and enjoyed by family and friends as they gather for Movie Night, waiting for a masterpiece to be prepared in the kitchen.

The kitchen area sits at the opposite end of the kitchen, tucked away in the corner, providing ample work surfaces for food preparation. Ample floor and wall mounted storage units offer a place for everything you're going to need. A breakfast bar almost creates a fourth work surface but its real use is there for you, friends or family to sit, chat and unwind with a glass of wine! Or, it offers an excellent space for a quick bite to eat for at least four people......no excuse now to not sit and chat over breakfast!

The final area is where you put the dining table. You can get a decent sized table and chairs in here if you really want to, it all depends on how many people you're planning on having over for dinner. This whole room is geared for entertaining a lot or just a few lucky people.

The back wall is given over to two sets of Bi-Fold doors, and if you love to let the outside come in, then this is the place for you. With the doors open, it feels as though you are sitting in your favourite restaurant abroad. No matter what the weather, if you like nature, these doors will offer you freedom. With the patio directly outside the doors, if the party spills over and you have friends or family round, this makes an ideal place for BBQ'ing. If it were my home, I'd have a hot tub either placed directly outside or put it on the raised garden area.

The raised garden is mostly made up of lawn, with a large wooden fence running down one side and a mature hedge the other. If the kids or grandkids come over, and you have 10 of them, I think you could easily have a game of five aside football here, it's a pretty decent size. Beyond the garden are fields, so no neighbours peeking in at you, privacy is set to maximum. Sunbathing on the lower patio area, means getting naked will allow that all over tan and with the confidence that you're not being watched.

Apart from the obvious attributes of this gorgeous home, convenience is also a massive feature given its proximity to the excellent array of local shops at "Broken Cross", the sought after schools, leisure centre and the bus service being only a short stroll away, providing public transport to the town centre and of course the surrounding areas.

Located in Cheshire's plains and sat on the fringe of the fabulous Peak District National Park, Macclesfield combines the old with the new. It was originally a town from medieval times, however, in recent years Macclesfield has grown to become a flourishing business hub, it's a modern shopping centre with a range of leisure facilities to suit everyone.

With its popular monthly Treacle Market, which is a bustling Arts, Antiques, Crafts, Food and Drink Market. With around 140 plus stalls consisting of exceptional food and drink, unique crafts and vintage and information from the Macclesfield community, all held on the historic cobbles of the old town centre.

There are great independent and state primary and secondary schools. TYou have great access points to the North West Motorway network system, Manchester International Airport and some of Cheshire's finest countryside, all close at hand. Intercity rail links to London Euston and Manchester Piccadilly can be found at Macclesfield and Wilmslow railway stations as well as commuter rail links to the local business centres.

About Berry and George, Mold

16-18 Chester Street, Mold, CH7 1EG

Berry and George is a family business, after my two children, Hallie (Berry) and Steve....only kidding, he's called George! I started this business to make a difference after I was totally let down by a local agent when my father was terminally ill. You can verify this, just check out our fabulous reviews, you'll see this is all backed up by our many 5 Star Google Reviews, the highest for any agent in Flintshire.

Having been through the house buying process many times in my life, I understand first hand from your side how stressful a time it can be, that's why we aim to not only provide an exceptional marketing package, but also an excellent tailored service to ensure we can make your move as comfortable as we can.

We work alongside some excellent partners who can help in the process, such as an independent mortgage broker service and independent local solicitors, so whatever help you need, we are here to help you.

We charge a set fee with no hidden extras and are quite unique in that we are open for you 7 days a week and have no contract to tie you in, Berry and George is like no other Estate Agent.
