This three-story property houses the boutique hospitality business "Dimora dei Frati," which is part of the "Wundergarten" project.

Originally a historic period residence, the building was fully renovated and inaugurated in January 2013. The design masterfully blends the timeless charm of traditional Sicilian style with a refined, contemporary aesthetic.

Ground Floor: The entrance opens onto a small, picturesque square and leads into the dining room. This area can accommodate up to 20 guests and includes a concession to utilize the outdoor space directly in front of the building. This floor also houses the professional kitchen and public restrooms.
Upper Floors: A staircase leads to the two upper levels, each featuring:
One triple room (with en-suite bathroom).
One double room (with en-suite bathroom).
Note: One of the floors also includes a small private terrace.
