Looking at the Tuscany property market, we saw an opportunity to set up a business that shares our intimate knowledge of the local market in a warm, friendly and highly efficient way.

Local real estate experience

To this end, we teamed up with a local Italian real estate agent, who is registered with FIMAA and has over 25 years local experience specialising in properties around Bagni di Lucca, the heart of beautiful Tuscany. We bought our own property with expert help from our Italian partner and her geometra (surveyor/architect) husband. Their excellent, consistent service and their genuine care, truly beyond the call of duty, made us jump at the chance of collaboration.

Our intimate knowledge of the villages and hamlets around Bagni di Lucca is second to none. Our Italian geometra was born high in the green hills above us and has lived here all his life.
