    Yes. Being a brand new building, no repairs required.

    I rented the Apartment without viewing, sitting in Bangalore India and flew in well past midnight and was warmly greeted by Octagon with a hot cup of Coffe at 1:30 AM. Thats the level of support and friendliness

    Living at The Octagon is city life at its best. You’re right in the heart of the city, so everything is on your doorstep, restaurants, cafés, and shops, with New Street and other stations close by, making transport super easy. It’s modern, lively, and feels safe thanks to the busy central location.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The management team has been very quick and professional. I had two minor flat issues, and both were fixed within an hour of mentioning them to reception.

    Deliveries are super easy thanks to reception, but setting up parcel notifications early makes life even smoother.

    There’s a really good mix of shops and restaurants nearby, and the location is very convenient. It’s right across from the Jewellery Quarter and still within the city centre, yet the street feels sheltered from the noise. Transport links are easy to use and reliable, and I haven’t had any issues getting around. The street is quiet, and there’s no real trouble or noise drifting in.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have responded quickly and tried their best to compensate me and provide solutions. They were proactive throughout and kept me updated during the whole process.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    One thing I wish I had known earlier is how much I would enjoy living here. I honestly wish I had made the move sooner.
