Description

An extremely rare opportunity to renovate existing agricultural units in a sensational, countryside setting in between Hartfield and Groombridge.

The plot presents an exciting opportunity to create a beautiful three-bedroom, single-storey home.

Planning consent was also granted to rebuild the two storey, Granary building, located adjacent to the stables section. This option would increase the total accommodation to over 2,400 sqft or deliver a separate annexe to the main house. The current site plan shows the existing L shaped dwellings but not the Granary, however the original footings are still visible on the site and on the aerial photo.

Planning consent was granted many years ago and a Lawful Development Certificate has recently been applied for. Floor plans and proposed elevations are available upon request and any offer will be subject to the granting of lawful development.

The buyer will have the option to amend the designs and seek the necessary consents if required.

The plot is marked as Plot 2 on the attached Site Plan.

Please note that access to the site is across private land and ALL visits must be booked in advance.
