Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are multiple shop options outside the building and is a lively place to live in the centre of the city. Transportation access is very good.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is quite helpful and responsive although sometimes factors that are not in control of the management cause some certain delays or issues like front door fixing and stuff like that otherwise the staff is quick to respond.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing which is the rubbish chute. Although it would make much of a difference but maybe I would be mentally prepared.
Manager's response5Thanks U Faisal- appreciate your comments. Once the council waste collections return to normal we can review the chute status - sorry for any inconvenience! Thanks

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
One of the biggest positives is how easy it is to get around, whether walking into the city centre or using nearby transport links. There’s a wide mix of independent food spots, gyms and convenience stores close by
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any matters raised have been handled efficiently, with quick responses and clear follow ups. It’s reassuring to know concerns are taken seriously.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn’t fully appreciate how central the location was until living here, which means both convenience and occasional noise.

Bin collections were bad a while ago but the situation seems to have improved a lot. We hope this is sustained in future.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
In fact it's been a while since I experienced a major issue.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Bus and taxi easy to get. But road always busy. Night time noisy, especially weekend. Parking hard to find. Bins collection okay, no problem.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They fix issue without delay. No long waiting for reply
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Many people, loud sound. Good place but not quiet. New neighbour should expect this.
