The location offers fantastic access to miles of bridal ways which you only need to cross Frithsden Road (single lane) to access. The sloping nature of the field provides excellent drainage, ensures the field never gets waterlogged and also keeps the animals fit.

The Paddock has a wide gated access, this access leads onto the Old Roman road. The initial entrance area around the gate has sunken matting, this area is ideal to securely park a vehicle/horse box for loading horses for transport. The paddock is fenced on all sides, there is further electric connected fencing (battery operated) to help separate horses.
Double width timber built field shelters for two horses, both have half height metal gates. There is a separate Tack room, this has a full height lockable entrance door. Both structures have an over hanging canopy, this assists the area in front of the Field shelter entrances to be approached in the dry. There is a narrow storage area between the Tac room and Field shelters.
