    Apartment property is well connected with many tubes you can take including night tubes which are convenient. Heaps of grocery store options including a shopping mall where you can get everything within 10 mins!

    They have a good system in place to raise issues and their team comes quite quickly to resolve the issue.

    Honestly great location, high quality apartments with management that knows how to look after you.

    Living in Bloom East has been great so far. The amenities are excellent, and the facilities are always clean and well maintained. The surrounding area is also kept very clean and feels relatively safe, and the transport links are excellent, which makes getting around really easy.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Maintenance has been excellent so far, with all of our issues dealt with promptly to a great standard.

    There is construction taking place outside the building at the moment,while this isn’t Bloom’s fault, it’s something that would have been helpful to know in advance.

    Barking station is a throw away, Tesco superstore is about 5 minutes walk and so is the Asda's. On site gym included

    The team are very responsive and there is a maintenance team on site which is a bonus.

    The area does seem quiet on a day to day basis until you get to the market and you see all that barking has to offer. Plenty of shops and food markets.
