Sale Moor has always been popular with families but as the village changes more buyers are flocking to the area. Design and functionality go hand in hand again with a huge window with views over the garden and a sky light, a quaint reading nook on the box over the stairs, space for Dad's desk, a double bed, eaves storage and even space for a small table to colour in! This space is larger than you would expect and means this house offers so much more space than a traditional semi detached property locally.
All the way back downstairs there is scope for even more development. The cellar is currently unconverted but definitely not unusable - there is space for bikes, washing machines, Christmas decorations and more but this could be the home office, gym, guest bedroom, cinema room, gaming room, additional WC or shower room, utility room, even a bedroom for granny or whatever else you can dream up!
