Living here has been a true privilege and we have really loved our time here. Within a few minutes’ stroll, there are shops, schools, a post office, medical and dental practices, a pet shop, and local beauty salons, we have found that this really useful and its been great not to have to get the car out to grab the essentials.

We are really lucky to have nature and recreation right on our doorstep. We have all really enjoyed many scenic walks in the woodland and and fields close by and the recently built Memorial Park, has a running/walking track, a basketball court, and a children’s play area with picnic benches which in the summer has been perfect for sunny days and family time.

We also really appreciate the countryside views from the back of the house. On warm summer nights, the balcony off the principal bedroom has been ideal to pause, breathe, and enjoy the peaceful hush of the countryside, I have spent many evenings here with a good book relaxing.

The neighbours on Hillview Close are all friendly and considerate, connected through a private WhatsApp group where we help each other out, watching cars, collecting parcels, or pulling bins back after collection. It’s a close-knit, courteous community.

This home has given us fond memories, alfresco dinners, BBQs with friends, and easy daily living. It’s been a joy to care for and maintain, with nothing to fix or worry about.

We hope the next family will adore this home as much as we do and create their own memories here at Hillview Close.

We are delighted to bring this beautiful home to market. It is truly ready to move into and is deceptively large as its three storey's are unseen from the front of the home. We particularly love the space and light that this home has to offer.

The kitchen/diner is spacious, with white shaker style units and gorgeous sparkly worktops.The bi-fold doors open up the room even further and during the summer will allow outside and in to blend seamlessly.

Each room, including the hall, stairs and landing are really well proportioned and there is an abundance of built in storage adding to that feel of everything being neat, tidy and in its place. With a second reception room/office on the ground floor, this home is perfect for home workers and growing families.
The three bedrooms on the first floor are doubles with the principal suite including bi-fold doors which lead to a balcony, perfect for an early morning coffee whilst you look out across the open fields. Built in storage and an ensuite shower room complete this adult haven.

The second floor bedroom is quiet and tranquil and there could be an option to add an ensuite if needed.

Outside there is ample parking to the front and a Tesla charging point! The rear of the garden has a patio and lawn backing onto fields.
The home is ideally situated, close to local schools, countryside the health centre and shops of Sonning Common Village.

Just a short drive to Henley or Caversham or into Reading, this home offers a perfect mix of nature and countryside and great commuter links. We love it!
