We love living in Yateley because it has such a nice village community feel about it. Everything we want is right on our doorstep - great schools, places to eat, pubs and loads of walks (lakes, rivers, woods and common land). The children learned to ride their bikes up on the disused runway and it’s where we went blackberry picking every year. The café at the airport is a great place to watch planes!

This house has been a lovely home from the children being babies to late teenagers. It’s a great sized family home where everyone has their own space and the run of a lovely private garden.

What I really love about this home is how much space it offers, both inside and out. You've got four proper double bedrooms which is rare to find, and the main bedroom has its own en suite which is a great bonus alongside the family bathroom.

Downstairs, the layout flows really nicely. There are three reception rooms so whether you need a home office, playroom or just some extra family space, it's all here. The kitchen breakfast room is a great size too, ideal for busy mornings or entertaining, and there’s a utility area that keeps everything tucked away and practical.

The south west facing garden is a real feature. It gets the sun most of the day and feels really private. There’s also side access, driveway parking, and the house itself has clearly been well looked after over the years. It’s one of those properties you can feel has been a happy family home.

You're also in a brilliant spot here, tucked in a quiet residential road but still within walking distance of Newlands Primary, Yateley Secondary and even Castle Bottom for countryside walks. It’s ideal if you're looking for space and location without compromising on lifestyle.
