Linton for those of you less familiar with the village has a fantastic community, wonderful village pub serving excellent food, lovely scenic walks and is a very short drive from Wetherby. Wetherby boasts excellent schools and easy connectivity for the commuter. The market town is a throw back in time with many artisan cafes, bakeries, independent eateries, numerous butchers, fishmonger, restaurants, doctors, and high street banks. It boasts a weekly fresh farmers market with a wide selection of produce much of which is locally sourced.

On entry the first thing that strikes you is the finish. It is a particularly high standard throughout and the house has a lovely feel. To the right of the entrance is the bedroom wing offering three double bedrooms two with ensuite and a lovely house bathroom. One could opt for an overflow grand dressing room if not all the bedrooms were required.
The bathrooms are stylish and bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The owner has pulled off that look that everyone desires but is very had to achieve, the character home but with a modern twist coupled with easy living. On that note the whole house is on Mains for your water, gas and electric.
Moving to the other side of the home you have a truly jaw dropping open plan kitchen living dining area. So many features to include a beautiful exposed brick curved wall and numerous exposed beams and trusses. The head height is excellent throughout, it is spacious as you will see and it feels light and social. Hopefully the photos do it justice but you must come in person. If this was not enough there is then a little staircase taking us to a really cosy office/snug. On that note WIFI is excellent if you do work from home as the owner often does.
Finally to the good size utility/boot room. Accessed either from the drive through a separate door or from the back of the living space this is real plus.
We have touched on the exterior of the property but do enjoy the photo reel, it is a wonderful sun trap very private space and will be truly fantastic in the summer...bring on the BBQ and the evening drinks!
Overall a truly outstanding detached cottage in a grade A location which would suit singles, couples or small families.
