A paved pathway continues along the side of the lodge, providing access to the well maintained side garden, thoughtfully landscaped with shrubs, flowers, and a level lawn. A brick paved patio, screened by mature planting, creates an ideal space for alfresco dining or simply relaxing in tranquil surroundings.
A few steps lead up to the front door, opening into a welcoming entrance hall. To one side is a convenient cloakroom, ideal for both family and guests. From here, you are drawn into the heart of the lodge and a generous open plan living, kitchen, and dining area. Adjacent to the kitchen, a hallway leads to three generously sized bedrooms and the family bathroom. All bedrooms benefit from fitted wardrobes, providing excellent storage, while the main bedroom enjoys the added luxury of an en suite shower room. The remaining two bedrooms are served by a family bathroom with contemporary fittings. Additionally, two useful storage cupboards off the hallway offer convenient space for household essentials.
