Really close to the centre and the train station. Easy to access stores nearby. Nearby car park as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, reception team is always available to answer any issues with payments or parcels and repairs.

Staff are very accommodating and always have willing to help. Their efforts of different communication styles through telephone, the resident app and emails all help any issues you may have as a tenant be resolved promptly. The location is extremely ideal being in city centre with amenities such as shopping close by. With this being said, you also feel slightly rural being in a quieter area or city centre which is perfect for those cosy quiet nights in and to relax your animals who you may have living with you! Transport links are fantastic with close local bus stops to take you around Liverpool, Moorfields train station an extremely short walk and even accessible for taxis at the front and rear of the building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had a leak in my ceiling due to a leak in the apartment above but this was resolved as quickly as possible by building management.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d have known how regular the community events were. Unfortunately I never work from home so tend to miss a lot!

Really close to the city centre so loads of shops in walkable distance and it's a quick walk back after a night out! Plenty of bars, restaurants and takeaway places nearby too. Also not far from the docks. Moorfields is around the corner and Lime Street is only a 15-minute walk. Parking is expensive around here if you drive though.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have an app that makes it really easy to flag any issues within your flat that maintenance can come and sort out.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Maybe just that any big supermarkets are a bit of a walk, or a drive, without a Costco card. There's plenty of Tesco Expresses nearby but the big ones are further away.

Pall Mall Press is situated in the centre of Liverpool, but in a location that's a bit more secluded and quieter. There's plenty of shops/restaurants/town centre nearby so it's very accessible to shopping, entertainment and even transport links. I'd say that's one of the standout features for me as i have to travel quite often and it's convenient to be so close to Moorfields. I rarely hear traffic noise or noise in general which is big plus. The only ever so slight negatives I can think of are that free parking outside is quite limited, but that's due to being in the city centre. I also wish that the rent was a bit more affordable. I would recommend living here overall & I've had no issues.

Friendly, understanding and prompt with any issues raised.

I'd just make sure that the space is viewed thoroughly and raise any concerns you have straight away.

Amazingly close to both Moorfields and Liverpool Lime St which is super handy for me! Adorable animals around aa it is pet-friendly. Great gym. Lovely staff.

Always responded to quickly. I needed my washing machine replaced and was sorted the same day.

Very sound proof flats! I can never hear my neighbours!
