    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    There are plenty of restaurants and bars in a close walking distance so there is always a nice atmosphere on a weekend in those areas. The courtyard in Tower Works is also such a nice open space with the canal on our doorstep and the train station a 5 minute walk away. Although the accommodation is a stones throw from the centre of Leeds, it has a nice calm feeling to it.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have always been very quick to try and rectify any issues I have experienced and in the event it is not a quick fix, have kept me updated on its progression.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The freedom to do what you want! Not many apartment complexes allow you to paint walls or hang TVs or picture frames on the walls etc but MW @ Tower Works do and it’s such a nice added touch to make the space feel more personal to yourself and homelike.

    I’ve really enjoyed living at Mustard Wharf for the past 4 years. The staff are truly amazing! Always helpful, friendly, and incredibly efficient, with special thanks to Ellen, Laura, and Elaine, who consistently go above and beyond.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, every request we’ve had was addressed efficiently and effectively.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    We decided to replace the sofa with one that was more comfortable. The sofa that came with the apartment was easy to flat-pack and store within the apartment.

    The range of local shops, restaurants, and bars around Mustard Wharf at Tower Works is excellent, with plenty of convenient options for everyday shopping and eating out. There are some lovely open spaces nearby for walking and relaxing, which makes the area feel pleasant and well-served. Transport links are good, with buses and trains easily accessible. Living on my street is generally peaceful, parking is usually available, bin collections are reliable, and I’ve not experienced any anti-social behavior. Traffic noise is present at times but isn’t overwhelming. Overall, it’s a very convenient and enjoyable place to live.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management has been extremely responsive and helpful whenever I’ve raised any issues. Ellen and Amie are always friendly, quick to reply, and proactive in making sure everything is resolved smoothly, which really makes living here stress-free.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That I would love it so much! Honestly best place to live in leeds city centre!

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Good range of small shops that are close to pop into for a few things, but need a bigger supermarket closer for when we want to do a full shop. Easy walk into town lots of available restaurants, close to train stations, not a long walk from bus station. Bin room always clean and does not smell .

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Responded within 12 hours of email and addressed all points.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That there is nowhere to store unwanted furniture.

    Love living at Mustard Wharf. It’s on the more expensive side, but you get what you pay for - brilliant service, luxury flats, and peace of mind. Ellen is really helpful.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, repairs are always dealt with very quickly. I’d have appreciated more notice/exploration of rent reduction when noise disrupted me working from home, but this does appear to be a one off.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I’d have signed a longer contract! Once you’ve experienced living somewhere like Mustard Wharf you want to stay.
