We have loved making this flat our home over the last few years and it has been perfect for our little family. It really is in an ideal location and the parking outside is amazing for our 2 cars and enough room for friends and family to pop over too! Owlsmoor has everything you need with a doctors and shops just seconds away as well as some lovely parks and walks!

We’ve had many happy years here and are sad to leave but hope another family can love it and make just as many memories as we have!

This could be an ideal first time purchase as it has been for our sellers. This home really does have some great space on offer and our sellers have perfectly summed up why not only is this a great apartment but also a fantastic location with so much green space right on your doorstep.

The home has stacks of storage with a large cupboard to the right as soon as you walk into the entrance hall but there is additional, lockable storage in the communal entrance. A rare feature is the amount of loft space that it has too. It offers two good size bedrooms with the master bedroom having ample space for free standing furniture. The bathroom has been refitted to a great standard and even includes the luxury of underfloor heating. One of the things we love the most is the amount of natural light you get throughout but this is evident most in the open plan kitchen that leads through to the living room.

The kitchen is a great specification having been refitted with the solid wood worktops, integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer. You've also got the handy breakfast bar separating the living room which as you can see is an excellent size. It's also important to note that this home is on gas central heating with the 5 year old boiler in the loft. Outside it comes with residence parking but there is plenty of additional parking nearby.

This apartment is in a great location and if you like the idea of having green space to walk around and a playpark for the children, then this is perfect as Sandhurst Memorial and Snaprails park just over a mile away from your door. The home sits within many popular school catchments but is only a few minutes walk from both Owlsmoor Primary School and Sandhurst Secondary School. You've also got a parade of shops on Yeovil Road for your everyday essentials. But within a few minutes drive you are at the popular Camberley Meadows where you have choice of both Tesco and M&S superstores. If you are commuting there are great links to both the M3 and M4 whilst well positioned between Sandhurst and Camberley train stations.
