Our Thoughts
This is a property that really ticks a lot of boxes for buyers. It’s in a great location, with the Molescroft area being a popular choice for its balance of peaceful surroundings and convenience. Willow Court itself is well-maintained, with lovely communal gardens and parking for residents. Inside, the apartment is in excellent condition, so there’s no need for any immediate work – it’s ready to move straight into. The living room is a real highlight, offering plenty of space for both relaxing and dining, with the added bonus of direct access to the gardens. The kitchen is practical and well-equipped, with everything you need, and the two bedrooms both have built-in storage, which is always a plus. The bathroom has been recently updated, so it feels fresh and modern. Overall, this is a great option for anyone looking for a low-maintenance home in Beverley, whether they’re first-time buyers, downsizers, or even investors.

Owner's Thoughts
We’ve really enjoyed living here. The location has been ideal – it’s close enough to the town centre to make popping out for shopping or meeting friends easy, but it’s also nice and quiet. The apartment itself has been a lovely home. The living room is a great space, and we’ve loved being able to step straight out into the gardens – it’s such a nice feature. The kitchen has worked well for us, and the built-in storage in the bedrooms has been really handy. We recently updated the bathroom, so it’s all ready for the new owners to enjoy. It’s been a very easy and comfortable place to live, and we hope the next owners will be just as happy here as we’ve been.
