Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman

This plot is for sale by Auction on 26/03/26 via BTG Eddisons Property Auctions. Further details can be found on their website and below.

The location of this plot is ideal, being positioned in the centre of Northwich just 50 meters from Tower bridge and a short walk to the pedestrian high street.

The plot has been cleared so building work can commence once planning permission has been obtained.

The site currently has a pending planning application under Ref. No: 25/01065/PIP for 4 new dwellings. Although since lapsed, similar plans have previously been approved in a 2018 application which can be seen under Ref. No: 18/02427/FUL.

To help show the range of possibilities the site has to offer, although since lapsed, previous planning permission was approved back in 2010 for the construction of 9 apartments and ground floor retail or class A2 financial services and can be seen under Ref. No: 10/00349/FUL.

Should a larger development opportunity be of interest, the neighbouring property is also available for sale through ourselves so there is potential to purchase both.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or a member of the team at the office.
