5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Riverstone Heights is conveniently located very near a tube station, making it very easy to get around London. We’re also next to a gym , park, and grocery store making it very easy to access what we need throughout the week.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Response to any inquiries have always been addressed immediately
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn’t realize there was not any air conditioning upon moving in and though that is rare to find within a lot of buildings in London I had assumed because of how new this structure was you would find that included as well.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Strong sense of community – it’s one of those places where neighbours actually know each other, say hello, help out, and look out for one another. That makes a huge difference day-to-day. • Great location balance – you’re close enough to shops, schools, transport, and essentials, but it still feels calm and residential rather than chaotic. • Family-friendly vibe – it feels safe and settled, which is especially nice when you’ve got kids, routines, school runs, and busy days. • Comfort & familiarity – once you’re settled, it really does feel like home, not just a place you sleep. That emotional comfort counts more than people realise. • Good energy – it’s not flashy, but it’s grounded. Peaceful. The kind of place where you can breathe after a long day.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Immediately, professionally with a smile!!!!!!!!!!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I can’t even think about any of them. It was a pleasure to live there.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is very safe, and the building is conveniently located next to the station. However, there are no nearby coffee shops or restaurants that we, as tenants, could walks to. Or even pass by. This is quite unfortunate, as it would be nice having a cafe nearby to study in or grab a quick coffee before work, and is one of the reasons that is making me consider moving to a different area next year.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Replied quickly, I love the they have a WhatsApp number makes it easy to communicate with them.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Good: Veey close to the station, nice interior, pretty views Bad: No gym, no nearby restaurants or cafes ( pushed me to cook more so not overall bad), could be far from central sometimes

Everything is pretty transparent.
