Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My experience living at Woodstreet House for six months was great overall. The environment was calm, and the staff were very responsive, professional, and well-behaved. The only negative points were related to the outside area of the building, which can be noisy on weekends. The corridors were clean and well maintained, except for the first couple of days. Harita, who was responsible for my flat inspection, was very kind, helpful, and professional. She clearly guided me through the cleaning points and requirements during the move-out process, and her support was much appreciated. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at Woodstreet House and would consider it one of the best places for both short-term and long-term stays. The access to the train station, great events and community, wonderful neighbours, 12th-floor area, gym, and overall management were all excellent. Thanks to the entire team!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve done it quickly and well. It was related to bath tube.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I’ve mentioned in development part

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which makes the building feel welcoming and well-managed. The location is also a major highlight — it’s safe, secure, and gives me real peace of mind. Transportation couldn’t be more convenient, with both the train and bus stations close by, making commuting effortless. Plus, everything you need is within walking distance. There are cafés, a pharmacy, a cinema, and plenty of shopping options just a short stroll away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had an issue with my heating and the team handled it incredibly quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

At this point I haven't come across any issues .The apartment, facilities and neighborhood have all been excellent.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

All the staff are extremely respectful and very helpful. There is also a receptionist available 24/7. The location and cleanliness of the building are excellent. It has a gym, a lounge/relaxation and study room, and another room with games such as billiards. There is only one negative point: there is a garbage collection point next to the bars, where bottles are thrown into the bins at 2–3 a.m., which causes noise and disturbance and makes children feel anxious. I hope this issue can be addressed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In response to this question, they are very responsive and extremely fast—lightning fast. I truly appreciate how quickly they reply and take action whenever something is needed. Their support makes a big difference, and it gives me confidence that any issue will be handled without delay. Many thanks to them for their great service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lease agreement process was easy and straightforward, and the contract included all the necessary details. The staff also explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step. They were professional, friendly, and supportive throughout, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring from start to finish.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area is buzzing with good energy and great vibe! Always a delight to look out or go out for a walk… only sometimes there was some noise at night from the clubs around, but with windows shut, it didn’t matter much…

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Amazing experience! Aled helped me move in with solid support! Luke and Mohammad were always there to help me with all that I needed.. and Harita has truly gone of out her way to help me with smooth transition of moving out… I couldn’t truly be happier!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Can’t think of any.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area is generally pleasant. There’s a good range of local shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance, and several lovely open spaces for walks or jogging. Public transport is convenient, though sometimes buses can be delayed during peak hours. Parking is manageable but can be tricky at weekends, and bin collections are mostly reliable. The street feels safe overall, with little anti-social behaviour and moderate traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Harita is generally responsive and helpful, resolving most problems within a reasonable time fram.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that parking spaces can be limited during weekends and evenings — it can be tricky to find a spot nearby.

    Manager's response

Hello Yiyi, Thank you for your review. Your kind words mean a lot to us. We will be sure to pass on your comments to Harita and the team Thank you for choosing to stay here with us at Wood Street House.
