From Piombino, which can be reached in about 30 minutes, there is an hourly ferry to Elba, which takes about 45 minutes to cross. The farm is located on the edge of a huge nature reserve with miles of hiking trails through unspoilt nature. Along the Strada del Vino di Tuscana, there are also ideal cycling and mountain biking routes for all levels of difficulty.

The area around Suvereto and Massa Marittima is rich in excellent restaurants and wineries, and just 1 km away, an agriturismo offers the opportunity to go horseback riding.
