I’ve lived in London for most of my life, but when I was looking to buy this home, I wanted something that offered a real sense of calm without leaving the area I know and love. Ashurst Road immediately stood out as a quieter, more peaceful road, while still being close to everything North Finchley has to offer.
One of the biggest deciding factors for me was the garage space. As a keen motorbike enthusiast, having a double garage plus an additional third garage gave me the freedom to properly pursue my passion, store bikes securely, and still have space to work and tinker. It’s something that’s surprisingly hard to find in London, and it’s been invaluable.
I've also really enjoyed how close the property is to green spaces and local park walks — perfect for switching off and escaping the busier parts of the city. It’s been a great balance of peace, practicality, and connection, and I hope the next owner enjoys it just as much as I have.
