Description
GENERAL
Pembroke Dock is situated on the south side of the Milford Haven Waterway. It is South Pembrokeshire's principal town and has a population approaching 10,000 together with a reasonable range of amenities including shops, schools, a hospital, a golf course and the Irish Ferries terminal etc.
There are various petrochemical plants along both sides of the Waterway. The historic town of Pembroke is around two miles and, via the toll free Cleddau Bridge, Milford Haven and Haverfordwest are about six and eight miles prospectively. The stunning southern section of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is nearby and the picturesque resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot are within 12 miles or so.
Meyrick Street is within the heart of the town centre and is the town's widest road. 2A Meyrick Street was purpose built as Offices but, subject to consent, has potential for conversion into Shops with Flats above, a Surgery, a Clinic or Studios etc etc..
