* For the ground floor apartments preference will be given to those who require level access accommodation (or ground floor) i.e. elderly or applicants who suffer mobility problems as there are no lift facilities available.
* Preference for those who Platform assess as having a two bed need.
* Will consider applicants that Platform assess as under occupying if in full or part time employment or that Platform assess as economically active and able to meet an affordability criteria

If there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for a lifetime affordable rent tenancy. Please note that rents on affordable rent tenancies are subject to review and may change, details will be confirmed should you be allocated this home.

Please be aware Universal Credit / Housing related benefits will only pay for the property you are living in and you will need to give notice on your current tenancy.

If you are successful in being offered this property you will be contacted by the Lettings Officer and you will need to complete an application form. At this stage the Lettings Officer will confirm the rent and service charges.

If you are currently renting you will be required to give notice on your current home. This is usually 4 weeks or 1 months' notice. You will only need to give Notice if you have been informed that you are being considered/offered a property. If you have any further questions, please contact your landlord.
