This includes a heated swimming pool, gym, owner’s lounge and off-site golf.  A 10 minute country walk takes you to the secluded Hemmick beach; ten minutes in the car to the Lost Gardens of Heligan; and the Eden Project is also nearby.

The holiday home has mains water (great power shower), drainage and electricity. LPG gas cylinders for central heating and hot water are available via the on-site reception. It is in excellent condition and comes fully equipped, including all kitchen appliances, crockery and cookware, plus TV and built-in decking with weather-proof deck furniture. Gas and electricity testing and certification has recently been done. Move straight in and enjoy.

A fully managed letting service is available via the site owners which can offset site fees but they have been paid, and will be transferred to the new owner, for 2026. Free holidays this year!

There is a very good network of friendly owners at the site and the current owners have enjoyed many holidays at this lovely holiday home but are reluctantly selling due to declining health that makes driving difficult.
