There is a local street market on Saturdays. The larger town of Albox is less than 10 minutes' drive away and offers larger shops, supermarkets, 24 hour medical centre, cinema, sports centres, many more cafes, tapas bars and restaurants, and a weekly street market on Tuesdays. The Med coast is 20 to 30 minutes' drive via excellent motorway connections, and there are three international airports within an easy commute, Almeria and Murcia an hour in each direction, and Alicante 2 hours.
