Chalet Loup is a fantastic, compact, ready-to-go chalet on a vast plot surrounded by nature. Perfect for a young family, or as a bolt hole in the valley. It's incredibley rare to find a standalone chalet of this size, particularly with the added potential of extension to add value.

The chalet is 3 minutes from the center of Les Houches where you have shops, restaurants and access to buses and trains. Chamonix is only a 10-minute drive away and the Les Houches ski area is 5 minutes by car. Hiking trails are right on the doorstep.
