    Kangaroo Works, S1

    Kangaroo Works, S1

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living near Kangaroo Works, S1 4UW is generally very convenient and well-maintained. The main issue is parking — there’s very limited space, which sometimes forces residents to park in unsuitable spots. The NCP car park is expensive, and it would be helpful if residents could receive a discount. Other than that, everything is good — the maintenance and reception teams are responsive, and the outside areas are clean and well-kept. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live, aside from the parking challenges.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team is generally good and responds promptly, usually fixing issues within a week.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I personally haven’t faced many problems with noise — it’s exactly as we expected. One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that parking can be quite limited and challenging, so it helps to plan ahead or be aware of nearby options. Everything else has been as expected, and the development is well-maintained.

    Sherborne Place, B16

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good and convenient location, easy to access to City centre. The streets around are clean and tidy. Bin collections are doing well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Normally, any requests are handled within a reasonable time frame, and most of the issues could be fixed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good, nice and convenient location. Management staffs are helpful.

They usually respond to our requests on a timely basis and solve them properly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It is worthwhile to introduce all management office staff, advisr nearby supermarkets to new tenants

    Kangaroo Works, S1

    Kangaroo Works, S1

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is generally convenient, with good access to shops, restaurants, and public transport links. Transport connections make it easy to get around for my GF, and the area feels reasonably well maintained. Parking can sometimes be limited which is my biggest fustration personally. I'm currently paying 416 pounds every 3 months for parking. Wish kangaroo works could strike a deal with NCP. or not be desiganted as a Car free building with the council, so parking permits are available, But overall it is a practical and comfortable place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When the shower broke, we were provided with access to another room to use the shower, which was appreciated. Our window did take longer than expected to be fixed, which was the least favourable experience. However, communication throughout the process was consistent and we were kept informed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing fully surprised me after moving in. However, it was a little frustrating that when our table broke, there were no affordable replacement options available, which is something I would have liked to have known in advance.

    Pall Mall Press, L3

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s super close to town and everything is in walkable distance. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby as well as supermarkets. It’s not too loud either considering how close it is to the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve always been quick to respond and sort out the issue

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking can be a bit of a hassle and the area is pricy but the location is great.
