    great area, local coffee shops and coop downstairs are well located. Tram into city is 20 mins which is ideal. The community in the building is very welcoming

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    always responded promptly and resolved any issues quickly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Parking is a slight walk away, but nothing major. parking in the loading bay is limited for short stays of visitors but the carpark next doors is ideal, just pricey.

    Great location. Great staff. Incredible amenities. This place has it all. Greatful to live in such a well ran community based environment. The gym has a personal trainer who we all love. It’s a great add on to living.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They listed and do what they can to rectify any ongoing issues.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I’d known more about what was local. Recently found out about kargo a food market and the cinema in media city. Lots of exciting things to do here.

    I lived at Eda for over a year and enjoyed every moment. I was really close to my place of work and the apartment was good value for money for the area.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I didn't really have any encounters with Management, i think that fact shows they do a great job behind the scenes, with the front desk team doing such a great job that their involvement was never required, that obviously reflects well on the management to have assembled such a hard working, efficient team.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    How great the team were, if i would have known i would have moved here sooner.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Local amenities are convenient-coop next door, new cafe across the road, car park etc. Not seen any anti-social behavior. and the surrounding area is peaceful

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They are responsive and diligent, there was a minor hiccup with the lifts recently and they were restored to service in a very reasonable timeframe, whilst keeping us in the loop for the time they were out of use.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Just how cute the pet community is, all owners are very responsible and very friendly.

    Good local links to the city centre, noise is not an issue being just outside the hustle and bustle of the city.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Management have been so reactive, always willing to meet with residents and address any concerns or issues, genuinely treat residents like they really matter.

    I only wish I had found Eda sooner, worlds above other apartments.
