Great Home, Great People

Eda is a great place to live, with a genuine community feel to it. It is diverse and multicultural and has residents that are from all walks of life which gives it a nice balance. Residents take pride in the building and as a result it is very well presented and taken care of. The Front of house team are just the best, Martin has to get a big shoutout though as he was super nice to us from the off, making sure we got moved in and even checked in to see if we were settling in well, with the very few issues we encountered they were actioned almost immediately by the team.

Eda is a stunning building with state of the art amenities, we make use of the cinema and co working spaces, can't wait to make use of the roof terrace in the summer months as the views up there are breath taking. Lettings team were great during the application process and the wider team since moving in have all been really helpful. Martin has been great and nothing has ever been too much for him, he introduced us to his new colleague Clara on her first day and she was so bright and cheery, The night team are also super friendly, Dan makes us feel like we are safe and secure and Mabel is a friendly face to greet you after a long day.

Elite Living

Eda is a Haven situated on Salford Quays but within a few minutes of the city centre making it so convenient. The building itself is gorgeous with high quality amenities to cater for all, Gym as good as any of the commercial ones, cinema room is cosy, dining room is a great feature as is the games room. The team at Eda are what really makes the place so wonderful, Martin on the front desk, Mike from Maintenance and the management team Selina & Helen have all been incredible and couldn't have been more helpful if they tried, truly going above and beyond as standard practice.
