There are two double bedrooms, one with fitted wardrobes and both with windows looking out to the front with distant views to the Axe Cliffs. In addition, there is a wet room with WC, wash basin and a shower area with seat and handrail and is partially tiled with non-slip flooring.

Outside:

Externally there are four low rise steps which leads to the front door with external water tap and gate to one side opening to outside space. The enclosed courtyard incorporates a paved seating area, which is surrounded by walling and fencing, with an external door to an under stairs cupboard with light. In addition, there is a single garage with power, light, space and plumbing for a washing machine as well as parking in front.
