Good: very upscale area Bad: a bit inconvenient if travelling to University of Manchester because I have to walk to piccadilly garden to get a bus.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have had a few problems with my flat (from previous tenants) such as worn carpets and the management (Mr Haginson in particular) was very helpful, and replaced it instantly. Always very helpful and friendly!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everything was disclosed to me when I moved in, it was a very smooth process

Local area is lovely! So close to the city but also has a relaxed feeling! I think the best place in central manchester

The gym’s weights are so light & minimal - not suffice for regular gym goers

Easy to get Uber and taxi, just short walk into centre of town, bus stop just outside, not much noise from motorway despite being so close
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Responded fast and were very helpful. Small repairs dealt with without any questions’

The events that the building hosts are a lot better than you might think, definitely attend them if you have a chance

Very close to city centre and 5 minutes away from anything you’ll need. Wellington square provides a large selection of shops/bars/food spots. Bus stops right outside to get to where you need to go.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When we first moved in had an issue with kitchen sink leaking. Reported this to reception and had someone arrive to fix it within the hour. Very fast response.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The viewing showed us all we needed to know before we moved in. I feel as if we knew exactly what we were paying for.

Only a short walk to everything in Leeds but not i the busy city centre. Feels like a community in the middle of Leeds
