The Opportunity

Three full-size, natural-grass 11-a-side football pitches. Area could be subdivided down to smaller pitches as needed.
On-site changing room block (basic provision and requiring substantial work; condition subject to survey)
Existing storage sheds, suitable for equipment or operational use
Possible internal space within the pavilion for a modest refreshment offer
Consideration would be given for future redevelopment of an (all weather surface) 3G pitch but this would require greater thought and is not an expectation or requirement of this opportunity.

What we are looking for

Experience or strong capability in community sport delivery
* A vision to activate the site for youth, adult, women & girls and inclusive football
* A sustainable operating model that supports pitch use, site care, and community benefit
* Sound governance, safeguarding, and financial management arrangements
* Ability to develop partnerships with schools, leagues, and local groups
* A commitment to develop and improve the site over time, including seeking external funding (e.g., grants, sponsorship or community investment) to enhance facilities and expand participation opportunities.
* An approach that complements existing local sporting opportunities, working collaboratively rather than in competition with other clubs, leagues or community providers.
* Willingness to explore a compliant small-scale refreshment / matchday offer

Simply submit a return to us by email expressing your interest and giving a brief description of who you are and what you intend for the site. Depending on the number of expressions received we will then expect a full submission of proposals that outline both the above expectations and the following.
* Organisation background and governance
* Proposed use of the pitches and facilities
* Community benefits and target groups
* Operational approach (e.g., site management, safeguarding, staffing/volunteers)
* Financial considerations or required support
