5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I was new to the area when i was moving in here and knew nothing about it. The local restaurants and bars are now some of my favorite i have ever been to, which were recommended by Dan, part of the Eda team. Transport is very good with the tram stop right outside with links to the city. Living in this area i feel very safe at all times.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any minor issues that i mentioned within the apartment itself has been dealt with quickly through the help of Dan.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is no 24/7 shops around, which would of been good to have nearby due to my nightly working hours.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
EDA is close to lots of small shops including a co op in the building, it is also a short tram journey from a retail park with Aldi and M&S food. The area is peaceful and there are lots of available areas to park. The tram is directly opposite which is ideal, it also makes travelling home later at night feel safer. Martin, Clara and Dan have always made us feel very welcome and go above and beyond to help however they can. They’re friendly, helpful and a pleasure to be around.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The front desk staff have been great whenever I have had any issues, they reply instantly and are always happy to help, no matter what time of the day!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Buy a bee network pass if you use the tram daily You can register your flats postcode with the post office if it doesn’t automatically appear The heaters aren’t great and I rarely use mine- invest in a heated blanket

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good local transport links to Manchester and beyond. Some superb local bars, shops and places to eat, Cargo is a great local place for grabbing some tasty food. Parking in the area is a little pricey.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building is managed superbly, every aspect of managing a building is clearly done with the highest level of competence from The management team, maintenance and the reception team.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Local parking is expensive, but its a small price to pay to live in such a great development, and to have people working in the building that are never more than a call or a pop down to reception away, they provide the ultimate full residential experience 24/7.
