The local small bus into Chester, stops just two houses down and runs regularly throughout the day. The house is gloriously situated with the sun coming around the back of the house in the morning and stays until late afternoon. The Garden has always been our pride and joy it is securely fenced in and has a little water feature adding to the tranquil ambience. The bbq and patio have always been the hub for family gatherings in the sunshine. The neighbours all around are exceptionally quiet. Our family have LOVED living here for over 40 years.
