Set at the top of the historic fishing village of Port Isaac on the North Coast of Cornwall is 15 Lundy Road is an extended two bedroom, end of terrace  bungalow with converted attic which could be made into a formal 3rd bedroom with minor work. Freehold , Council Tax band B, EPC band E.

There is parking for up to three cars in front of the bungalow and a large secure metal store at the side of the property the current vendor uses to store his motorbike.

Now that there has been a pressurized hot water system fitted the water tank in the remaining loft has been removed so it appears there would be room to now install a proper staircase should a purchaser want to create a third bedroom upstairs.

The bathroom is at the rear of the property and has an electric shower over the bath, wc, handbasin and electric towel rail. The kitchen comes with a fridge freezer and dishwasher, there is space for a range cooker. 

Out in the rear garden  there is plumbing and electric in a plastic shed which contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a larger timber shed and a small timber green house. The rear garden is private a secure with a gated side access  round to the front.
