My Home Away From Home (An American in London Pt. 2)

Something that I was pleasantly surprised to find as I moved in was that the building was EXACTLY as advertised on the website. From my flat, to the the rooftop/upstairs dining room and the game room, the pictures are exactly what my home looked like! As I was moving in from overseas, this was something that I gave me a lot of comfort when I got my keys. The amenities in the building made having friends/family over a breeze, and my flat very quickly became the "go-to" spot. Additionally, whenever I had a problem the maintence team was consistently able to step in within a 1-2 days to make the repairs/work needed. If I had anything negative to raise, I would say that the utility bill often seemed unreasonably high and some of the furniture/appliances in the flat (hob hood/ventilation, blinds, furniture) either seemed outdated or wear completely unusable. But these minor inconveniences aside, I was so happy to come home each day to helpful, friendly staff (particularly Felix and Marcia) who ALWAYS greeted me with a smile, asked how my day was going, and worked quickly to resolve any issues I had and support me with my guests during events.

Great rental property, central location, luxury feel and superb 24/7 staff on site!

First of all, superb property management. On site staff is incredible. 24/7 there is someone at the front desk, greeting you with a smile when you enter/leave, happy to assist. Thank you to all! Move in was very comfortable, with superb and profesionally cleaned appartment. Easy, hassle free. There is an app trough which you are informed on social activities (eg. complimentary gym classes), or to make a maintenance request. Common area's are kept very clean and well maintained. Lot's of facilities from fairly serious gym (luxury feel at 17th floor with incredible view over London, large common hang-out area with sofas both indoor and outdoor, pool table, ...)

Beautiful sense of community

I have lived at Vantage Point for 2 years and loved every minute. The biggest draw for me is the sense of community. It all started with the amazing front desk staff - Marcia, Carlotta and Felix - who have always greeted me with a huge smile and a friendly ear. Khaled, the night security, is exactly the same too. The resident events are fantastic as well. I have made friends and memories from here that I will treasure forever. The views from the apartments are also amazing - and I think the apartments are big for London (I have a 1 bedroom place). The common areas are a great place to meet up as well. Internet and utilities are always convenient. The only issue is that the bin chute was often blocked - and we had some issues with hot water last year. But the staff worked tirelessly to ensure these were rectified quickly! I feel very lucky to have landed at Vantage Point!

The team is amazing. I immediately felt welcome. They help with everything they can and always have a smile for you. There are regular events for all building residents where you can meet new people and reconnect with neighbors you already know. It gives you a community feeling.

The design of the building seems to be very unique in the local area. There are quite a lot of facilities in the building including a small gym, dining room, roof top terrace, meeting room.the building is managed properly, I never worry about security inside the building.
