With Whitby at your feet there is still plenty to do in the bustling Town boasting delicious eateries, quirky pubs on the cobbles, Whitby Abbey the home of Dracula, Whitby's beautiful harbour and 199 steps up to St Mary's Church.

The accommodation in brief comprises: Entrance hall, open plan kitchen/dining/living space, three bedrooms; one being en-suite with dressing area and family bathroom. Outside offers a private, decked seating area with parking to the side elevation. The lodge boasts double glazed windows and gas heating.

Ladycross Plantation is a beautifully sheltered and tranquil park set in 95 acres of mature woodland located in the North York Moors and only 5 miles from the historic coastal port of Whitby. Ladycross offers over two miles of woodland walks that lead to a secluded pond and 3 acres of open field for families and their pets to enjoy. The park is open all year round but the lodges can be used for 10 and a half months of the year. The site fees are £3,995 inc VAT per annum which includes the ground rent, grounds maintenance, rates, water and communal electricity.
