The design facilities and building management is good, however could be improved

The design facilities and building management is good, however could be improved. Design leaves no questions at all, however the walls are so thin in the house that through the whole house everything is audible such as footsteps or things like that. A three bedroom house provides one and only one parking space which could also be improved as it creates certain inconvenience as to where do people who have more than one car per family park.

A beautiful, modern building

A beautiful, modern building and I am most impressed with the soundproof of the flat, allows me to work in silence. The cold insulation is also very good, however, the soundproofing within the flat is not really good (common to most flats i have been in the UK ).

Great (minus the gym)

Management are all so friendly, nice and helpful. The development is always clean and looks very modern! I would say the thing that lets it down is the gym, very small and minimal equipment and weights compared to other complex's. Everything else is lovely

Clean, safe and staff are ALWAYS ready to help!

The building itself is clean and well kept, things are repaired very quickly both common areas and private. The highlights are the package and parcel system which is super easy to use and secure, and the staff who are probably the friendliest staff of any apartment building

Great location and staff on site are amazing. Fantastic place to live.

Furniture and design all around the building is fantastic. The facilities are all great and provide plenty of options to socialise and meet new people without having to leave the building. The sky lounge is great, with lively views of the city. The management team are all very helpful and always at hand to help when needed.
