Great facilities and staff!

BHM is great! I feel safe, seen, supported and respected. The facilities are amazing and the people working here are super kind and helpful. They really celebrate the tenants. I would love to live here as long as I can. If I could buy here, I would in a heartbeat.

The development is new and modern. My apartment was clean and spacious. I booked this apartment from abroad and it’s been very smooth. The team have been helpful and willing to assist with virtual tours and videos. The welcome package was very comprehensive

Kitchen not fully functioning for 2 months :(

It's been two months since I moved in, and I still don't have a fully functioning kitchen, due to required repairs on the kitchen top/sink. Property management team is difficult to reach, you need to always chase, there always are excuses and solutions are not satisfactory. I'm trying to understand how a professional landlord let a flat knowing it needed a vital repair which would take over two months. Aside from this, building facilities are nice and well maintained. But honestly, I wouldn't recommend it.

Fantastic place and fantastic people!!

The design of the development is modern and tasteful. It offers all the facilities you could possibly want, from an outdoor heated pool to a state of the art gym, workspaces, and even tennis courts. The management team is a lovely group of people who go above and beyond to make sure you’re well looked after. There are weekly food trucks and regular events throughout the year, giving the place a real community vibe. It’s always nice to see familiar faces of the staff and residents who make you feel at home.

Blackhorse Mills is genuinely one of the best places you could ever choose to live. The design is sleek, modern and thoughtfully planned, with every detail created to make daily life comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities are exceptional, a stunning rooftop heated swimming pool open all year round, tennis courts, a beautifully landscaped rooftop terrace with incredible views of London, a stylish private dining room perfect for hosting, and a high-quality gym with all the equipment you could imagine. Our flat is are also brilliantly soundproofed, making it wonderfully quiet and peaceful no matter the time of day. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the building and property management team. They are consistently friendly, professional and incredibly proactive. From quick responses to any request to their warm everyday interactions, they make residents feel genuinely valued. The on-site events are another highlight: regular community gatherings, food trucks, seasonal celebrations and creative activities bring everyone together and create a real sense of belonging and community. The atmosphere here is unlike anywhere else, it feels safe, welcoming and full of positive energy. The community is vibrant, the amenities are exceptional, and the staff make it feel like home from day one. I would 100% recommend living here, Blackhorse Mills is the kind of place that makes it almost impossible to picture living anywhere else.
