Description

Owners Comments…

I first moved into this home with a friend back in 2017, and it has since grown with me as my partner moved in and we started our family here. It’s been a place full of happy memories and an ideal setting for each chapter.

The area is fantastic – peaceful and quiet, with plenty of lovely green spaces nearby that are perfect for walks and spending time outdoors.

Shops and everyday amenities are conveniently close by, making daily life easy, and the transport links are excellent, offering straightforward access to surrounding areas and beyond whether by the local bus routes or with easy access to the M4.

It’s a wonderful place to call home, and we hope the next owners will love it as much as we have.
Dan & Neil Estate Agents’ comments…

Upstairs you’ll find two big double bedrooms. Bedroom two sits at the front and comes with a whole wall of wardrobes, giving you storage goals from day one. At the back of the home, there’s another spacious double bedroom. The family bathroom is brand new and beautifully finished, so no updating needed for years to come.

Downstairs is where this home really shines. The layout has been cleverly opened up to create a bright, sociable space that just works. The brand new kitchen features hard stone work surfaces and a gorgeous breakfast bar that flows seamlessly into the lounge area so its just perfect for hosting friends, casual dinners or your morning coffee spot. From here, the space opens straight out into the garden, making indoor-outdoor living effortless.
