Inefficient onsite management team

The design and facilities of the development are generally good, but the property management experience has been extremely disappointing. Since moving in, I have raised several enquiries and, even after two months, there has been almost no meaningful progress. Communication is consistently slow and unproductive, with responses that often feel copied, generic, and unrelated to the issues raised. In particular, *Name Removed* communication has been noticeably unprofessional. Their emails frequently contain spelling mistakes and unclear phrasing, which repeatedly create misunderstandings and force us to re-explain the same issues. Their replies rarely address the actual questions asked, and instead provide vague or irrelevant statements that do not help resolve anything. This has caused unnecessary delays and significant frustration. By contrast, Taimoor has been efficient, professional, and solution-focused, and matters only progress when he is involved. The inconsistency within the team is extremely concerning. At this point, none of the issues we raised have been resolved, even after two months. We are genuinely exhausted from repeatedly explaining the same problems with no progress. I strongly request that the management team step in directly and stop routing us through the concierge or *Name Removed*. We need competent, senior-level intervention to finally move these matters forward.

Lovely development with friendly and attentive staff.

Lovely development, communal areas like the top floor outdoor area needs a revamp and furniture replacing. Otherwise it is a really nice spacious and friendly environment. Staff are really attentive and quick to resolve any issues. Always a friendly smile at reception and the maintenance team always seem cheerful while rectifying issues.

Good

The building has a games room and many lounge areas/work areas which makes it feel cosy. It’s has a beautiful design which is very modern and open. Although the flats are spacious and designed well, the 1 bedroom has an inconvenient layout. The bathroom is also the en-suite, so if guests visit you, they have to go into your room to use the only toilet in the property. The maintenance man Constantin was great when he came and checked a water leak and also an ongoing issue with our fridge. He was very helpful, kind, and professional.

Ten Degrees is a striking and modern development with an iconic design that really stands out in Croydon’s skyline. The facilities are top-notch, including the gym, co-working spaces, rooftop gardens, and social areas that encourage a strong sense of community. The apartments are well-designed, with smart layouts and large windows that bring in lots of natural light. A huge shoutout to Chantel and Delphine, who always go the extra mile with building management and resident support – they make living here feel smooth and enjoyable. The property management team is responsive and proactive, though lifts can get busy at peak times. Overall, Ten Degrees feels like a well-managed, stylish place to call home and offers a level of service and comfort that sets it apart in Croydon.

Great feature and great staff

The building it self is really modern and nice looking With great features such as gym , roof garden, cinema , and it’s really great to have Chantel Anderson as a member of the ten degree team that helps you with all the information you need and helps you to move in with out any issues . I think she’s a great asset to the team
