Agents Note

The property did suffer from water ingress in 2009 this only affected the lower part of the cottage referred to as the Snug (one small room) this was before the single storey extension was built. The cause of the water ingress was mainly due to Shropshire Highways failing to maintain the pipework feeding the culvert opposite the property which runs under the road. Shropshire Highways have since carried out extensive works and there have been no issues since.
