Older houses in the city center are typically narrow and tall. Few houses offer, like this one, approximately 150 m² of ground floor space. With all that space, the kitchen is the hub of your family. This family finds it convenient to use a bedroom as a study. And when guests come, they find their place here too. It's understandable that the owner chose this room for work. The view alone makes your workday more enjoyable, doesn't it? And in spring, the garden doors naturally open early. There are plenty of built-in closets with space for a TV. Just like the rest of this floor, there's a wooden engineered wood floor with a whitewash finish. It's a tasteful combination with the other sleek finishes.
The other three bedrooms are for the children. Two bedrooms are at the front, both with two windows for relaxing. The back room opens onto the roof terrace.
This first bathroom is for the children. Of course, everything here is just as tastefully finished as the rest of the house. Second Floor
You have the entire second floor to yourself. Under the attractive trusses lies a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The approximately 8-meter-long room has room for a bed, a sitting area by the dormer window, and a long built-in wardrobe under the sloping ceiling. Here too, the same laminated parquet flooring as on the first floor is found. Because the bathroom is exclusively for this room, the sink could be placed on one end. The bathtub is cleverly placed on the sloping ceiling, and the toilet and shower are on the other side of the sink. Behind this bathroom is a surprising storage area for your summer/winter wardrobe.

Location
Anyone who knows this city center well knows that these are the best spots. Not only is it a particularly charming street with beautiful facades, but the street is also a dead end, meaning no through traffic. Incidentally, the street is wide enough to drive right up to the door. Convenient for children and groceries. So, you live here quietly, centrally, and with a wonderful atmosphere. It's also a very pleasant street with neighbors. You'll get to know them in no time. Just a short walk down the street brings you to the fortifications, Zuiderpark, and just a little further on, the Bossche Broek. The shopping and dining areas of the city center are close enough to walk to, yet far enough away that you won't hear or notice anything. The station is a 10-minute walk away.
You'll receive an evening parking permit (from 5:00 PM to 10:00 AM) immediately. A 24/7 permit takes a little longer. However, season tickets are available at the St.-Jansgarage, a stone's throw away.
