Great and comfortable accommodation

Very safe building with gym, bike storage, par el room, reception/security communal areas and wonderful views from the roof. The design is very modern with good insulation both for heat and sound. Lots of storage, all the necessary electrical appliances, free WiFi and lots of plugs for electricity, USB chargers and telecoms. Also, many activities organised by the management.

Comfortable and convenient living in Seven Sister N15 with Apex Gardens

We are a family with young toddler/baby who are living in a 2-bedroom apartment. The design of the building is very secure, with individual key fobs that is needed to go through 3 layers of locked doors. What we love most is the thoughtful and extremely large floor-to-ceiling storage cupboard built within the apartment that is the size of 2 American-sized fridges. I could store 6 luggage in there, all my shoe boxes, baby formula, documents etc. Apex Garden apartment is fully furnished with really good quality furniture (beds, dining table, sofas, wardrobe, cabinets, coffee table etc). The apartment has a beautiful lobby area with a mini library area, co-working space, meeting room, TV room, snooker pool table, ping pong table, secure mail parcel room, bicycle storage and a free gym. In addition, they also have PureGym on site and there is a plan to build a nursery in the other area. In general, it is a really complete area for singles or families.

Great home in good area

Our home has stunning views of the city & canary wharf, and just sitting on our balcony in the morning with a coffee is a great start to the day :) Staff are super helpful, Kyle and Brunilda go above and beyond whenever we need any help or repairs, and keep us updated, however the handyman they use is very hit or miss, especially bad with bigger repairs

Good place for worry fee stay.

In general, good service provided by management with slight more improvement for more tailored made experience for the tenants. Sufficient with building design but need more up keep and repair around the common areas. Cleanliness around the property can be improved, especially at the bin storage area and some smell issues around the common areas and through the common drain riser pipe that need to be investigated and resolved.

Good development in a not so good area.

The development itself is nice and new. Haven't come across any problems. The gym is a bit small and has a pretty strong smell. The common area is nice. Would be good to have more working space. A lot of the time when I needed the reception team I could not find anyone.
