THREE-BEDROOM SEMI-DETACHED HOME WITH SOUTHWEST-FACING GARDEN AND LOFT SPACE

Summary
This THREE-BEDROOM SEMI-DETACHED property on COLTMAN AVENUE offers a fantastic opportunity for FIRST-TIME BUYERS, YOUNG FAMILIES, or INVESTORS. With a MODERNISED KITCHEN, TWO RECEPTION ROOMS, and a LOFT SPACE, this home provides plenty of flexibility. The SOUTHWEST-FACING GARDEN is designed for low maintenance and includes a PAVED PATIO, DECKING, and TWO STORAGE SHEDS. Located opposite a PRIMARY SCHOOL and overlooking GREEN SPACE, the property is within walking distance of local AMENITIES and close to the TOWN CENTRE.

Our Thoughts
This property is a great all-rounder, offering a lot of potential for a variety of buyers. The location is a real highlight, with the house sitting opposite a primary school and overlooking a lovely green space, which gives it a pleasant outlook. Inside, the layout is practical and well thought out, with a GENEROUS LOUNGE, an ADDITIONAL RECEPTION ROOM, and a MODERNISED KITCHEN that includes some INTEGRATED APPLIANCES. The ATTACHED OUTBUILDING is a bonus, offering extra storage or the potential to create a UTILITY ROOM.

Upstairs, the THREE BEDROOMS are well-proportioned, and the fixed staircase access to a LOFT SPACE is a real asset, whether it’s used for storage or potentially as a HOME OFFICE. The SOUTHWEST-FACING GARDEN is a great space for relaxing or entertaining, with a mix of PAVED PATIO and DECKING, plus TWO STORAGE SHEDS for added convenience. The location is ideal for families, with schools, shops, and the town centre all within easy reach.

Owner's Thoughts
We’ve loved living here, especially with the green space right in front of the house and the convenience of having the primary school just across the road. The layout of the house has worked really well for us, with the two reception rooms giving us plenty of flexibility. The kitchen was updated not long ago, and we’ve found the outbuilding really handy for storage – though it could easily be turned into a utility room if needed.

The loft has been a great addition, giving us extra space that we’ve used for storage and as a quiet spot to work from home. The garden has been perfect for us – it’s easy to maintain, and the southwest-facing aspect means we get the sun in the afternoon and evening. We’re sure the next owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.

Please Note: The two wooden sheds will both need a new roof, but will be left alongside the metal pergola, which has a metal roof and curtains for the side.
