‘’When we first viewed the property we were struck by what a lovely homely, comfortable and welcoming feel it had and loved the fact that the very versatile rooms all lead off the central hallway – almost in a circle. With a member of the extended family being a wheelchair user the house lent itself well for access with the added ease of them being able to turn/swivel unhindered.
Some years later we can honestly say its homely feel still very much applies and we have appreciated how friendly and peaceful the neighbourhood is. The conservatory, as we call it, is a great area for soaking up the sun with a coffee while watching the world go by and the lounge has a great view of the very private back garden. The garage space has proved more useful than we originally realised in that there’s plenty of room for a car and storage and, with the added bonus of the electric door, you can drive straight in and then use the side door into the garden – great for unloading shopping and a safety feature when it’s dark! Being single storey we’ve also appreciated how easy it is to maintain as windows, soffit boards, gutters etc are all within easy reach! All in all it IS a very warm, bright and cosy home that works really well and we shall be sad to no longer own it.’’
