Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The tram stop is so close by and lots of fun places to go. Don't really have any problems with bad behaviour even on man utd days

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond to my queries and recently went above and beyond for my furniture request.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The carpets in the corridors are looking tired and need replacements

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

City centre - shops, restaurants, transport all walkable. MK Central nearby for London/Birmingham. No complaints.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised have been dealt with quickly and without fuss. Michelle and Tina in particular are always on hand and follow through until things are resolved.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in my apartment is very convenient and comfortable. It is very close to the shopping centre and the city centre park, so everything I need is within walking distance. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and open spaces nearby, and the gym is also very convenient and easy to access. Transport links are good, with reliable connections to other areas, including London. There are plenty of parking spaces available, and the street is generally quiet and well maintained. Overall, it is a very pleasant place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There was an initial matter at the start of my tenancy related to pre-move-in communication. However, since moving in, any matters I have raised with the on-site team have been handled promptly and professionally. Responses are quick, communication is clear, and issues are resolved efficiently. The on-site staff are friendly and approachable, and they regularly organise community activities, which help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Overall, my experience with the building management team has been good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The bin storage area is located outside the building, so you need to go outdoors to dispose of rubbish and then return inside. It’s not a major issue, but it’s useful to be aware of, especially during colder or rainy weather.

    Weavers Yard, RG14

    Weavers Yard, RG14

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Weaver's Yard is in the heart of the thriving market town of Newbury, a stone's throw from the cinema, theatre, restaurants, pubs, bars and places of worship, close to the station and within an easy walk of the canal, parks, sports facilities and countryside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are very responsive and supportive when I have contacted them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

All vehicles need to be registered with reception, which I wasn't anticipating, and I don't think there are any visitors' parking spaces. However, there are multistorey carparks nearby.

    Weavers Yard, RG14

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Availability of transport is excellent in the area, bus stops all over the local area, area is very close to the town centre which is creating more convenience for people who work in the town centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have raised an issue as to what we can fix in the house and received a satisfactory response as to what can and cannot be added on done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we had known that the walls are so thin and any kind of activity would be heard upstairs or downstairs.
