I have been in living in the area for years so know it well, the blocks we live in could do with some more interesting businesses rather then big chains but understand that's not easy at all. I know most buildings have gyms inside but a bigger better equipped option would be nice.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly although they've had to come quite a few times to actually fix any issue.

Not much natural lights in the flats due to how they're made. Think that's the only thing

Love the local area, feels safe and quiet and easy to get around. Slight lack of pubs but breweries are cool! Shops are close and pretty good, bit further to big sains and lidl but not bad.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Usually can be a bit difficult to get responses, but it gets sorted with a bit of chasing.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Rent increases and how these are handled. Very keen to stay but hearing from others it sounds like the price will spike

The best part is definitely the convenience of the tube. The Victoria line is a 2 minute walk away and that not only saves time but aids in safety leaving early and coming home late. The downside is the supermarket availability and the fact that a lot of the retail spaces around the building are still empty. It’d be great to see these filled with more variety and independent cafes and businesses too. Bin collection is normally very good, although there have been issues in the last month and we don’t hear any traffic noise at all.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As above, the maintenance staff respond quickly when requested
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The natural light in the flat is very poor which is disappointing but not a deal breaker. I would have looked into this more had we been able to view the flat in advance but unfortunately we could not until we’d already signed the tenancy.

We have had a really good experience with the team and they are always helpful and available. Highly recommend the team and staff.

Promptly and with well communicated updates that are shared. Tenants are well taken care of and our views are appreciated and respected.

We didnt have the best experience with agency that was showcasing the flats when we 1st reviewed. Luckily, Jason helped with this and was so helpful in the process.

It’s a great area with lots of restaurants and bars close by, there are plenty of things to do, gyms and shops on the doorstep. Have not used public transport but uber is fantastic. It’s a noisy place to live with sirens going all night and lots of outside noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Usually in a timely manner, we have had a few issues with a smelly shower that got sorted eventually. Generally it’s a good service.

The hot water situation. As explained above, we all exercise daily and sometimes need more than one shower a day!
