Upstairs, the first floor hosts three immaculate bedrooms and a stylish family bathroom. The loft has been transformed into a spectacular principal bedroom with generous storage and an additional sleek bathroom, creating a calm and private retreat.

A WORD FROM THE OWNER..

"We moved here when our children were babies and felt incredibly lucky to have the local playground further up Fyfield Road and the community garden on Greenway Avenue, a great place for parents with toddlers to meet and spend time together. We also discovered a range of activities for young children, such as Bongalong and baby signing classes. We didn’t realise it at the time, but this street is also ideally located for school catchments and nurseries. There’s the excellent Wood Street Nursery, which our boys loved, and for primary school there are Henry Maynard, Woodside and St Mary’s. For secondary education, there’s Leytonstone, Frederick Bremer and the local girls’ school.
At every stage of our children’s lives there has been plenty going on, from Scouts and cricket to tennis and squash, as well as skateboarding at Lloyd Park. The local shops are a real lifeline too, whether for coffee, sourdough bread, or fresh fruit and vegetables from the Turkish grocers.
One of the biggest benefits of living here is the easy walking access to the forest, which became a daily routine even before working from home. You can walk on to Highams Park or Woodford, or loop around Forest School for a dog walk. On workdays, the Weaver line is excellent, fast, clean and with great connections. "
