Living in Dockside is a sweet drea. Easy access to transport like bus and tram. Overall its a nice place to live
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very willing and ready to help with any issues. They are always smiling and ready to help. Especially the ladies, I give it to them 100percent. Phoenix is an awesome receptionist.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Would have been nice to have a garden where kids can play or a play ground

There are plenty of spots near Dockside, including Ocean Terminal and independent spots in Leith. My favourite places after exploring Leith have been the various bakeries across the walk.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not had any major problems yet. However, the resident app has been amazing to log any maintenance issues with the on-site team who are here most of the time
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I knew before I moved in is how welcoming the team would be and how easy it would be to interact with my neighbours due to the events the team puts on. They really prioritise community living here!

I really like living in Leith, I was a bit unsure initially because it feels further away from the centre of Edinburgh than I was used to - but I’m only 2 minutes away from the tram stop and it’s only a 20 minute tram into the centre. So actually, I am just as close, but in a much more peaceful area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have an app here at Dockside, which allows us as residents to raise any issues or queries directly to the team. They always respond on the same day to me, and there is always a solution reached, or a plan for a solution given within a few days.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that I would actually have no need for a car, it would have saved me getting a parking space in the area. Everything is so easily accessible.

One of the reasons I decided on moving to Dockside was due to the accessible shops near, literally down the road there is a shopping mall. I love Starbucks so having it just 3 mins away from me is really convenient.
